Shirushi is a Japanese text conversion service that uses AI technology to convert hiragana text to kanji. The Service includes:

• Text conversion using AI models
• Conversion history and favorites storage
• User account management
• Free and premium subscription tiers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Submit malicious content or attempt to harm the Service

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier with limited conversions per month. Usage limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide increased conversion limits and additional features. Subscription fees are processed through RevenueCat and are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Shirushi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any text you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2 Accuracy of Conversions

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated kanji conversions may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any conversion. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all converted text.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
